Project Brief

Many new parents struggle to find effective ways to manage their child’s behaviour, often resulting in frustration, resistance and strained relationships. We wanted to create a brand that helps parents better understand and support their children’s behavioural and developmental needs. Resilient Kidz offers workbooks, activity-based kits, stories and courses designed for both kids and parents, with the larger goal of helping them build healthier, stronger relationships. The challenge was to make the subject of behavioural development feel approachable, positive and engaging, rather than clinical or intimidating.

Our Approach

Resilient Kidz is a brand that sits between parenting support and a child’s world. Instead of making it feel like a therapy or education brand, we created an identity that feels friendly, structured and playful enough for kids, while still giving parents a sense of trust and clarity. The visual system was built around simple shapes, bright colours and clean typography, creating a flexible identity that could work across workbooks, digital products, courses and communication. The hexagonal form in the logo takes inspiration from the way bees naturally build their hives, representing cooperation and the collective effort involved in creating that foundation.

The Logo

The logo is inspired by the hexagon, a form naturally created by bees while building their hives. It represents the idea of individual building blocks coming together through cooperation to create something stronger. This became a visual metaphor for the role of both parents and children in building resilience, confidence and a stronger relationship.

Brand Strategy

Resilient Kidz is built around one simple idea: better relationships create better foundations for children. The brand speaks to two audiences at once, the parents who want practical guidance and children who need tools they can understand and engage with. Rather than positioning behavioural challenges as problems to be fixed, Resilient Kidz makes them easier to understand and work through together.
